Chat

End-to-end encrypted paid chat

Member-to-member sift chat is E2E encrypted. Whitelist free; strangers pay your cover per message.

Definition

Sift chat is end-to-end encrypted messaging between sift.mx members. The server cannot read message contents. Unknown members pay your chat cover; trusted contacts message free.

Separate from email forwarding

Email on sift.mx is private forwarding. Chat is a different channel with E2E encryption between members. Do not assume email contents are E2E-encrypted.

Money where their mouth is

Cold intros in DMs usually cost you time and cost them nothing. A chat cover makes low-intent pings expensive for the sender and optional income for you.

Same handle, clearer boundary

People reach you through the same sift identity whether they email or chat—while you keep distinct rules and a cryptographic boundary on chat content.
